Hello MOTN Community – With COVID still a reality in our personal and business lives, we are looking into new and innovative ways to support our member companies and larger community.
We are currently working to develop a series of virtual and live events in an effort to reinstitute our industry networking activities going into 2022 (as conditions allow).
We understand that many organizations in our industry are struggling to fill vacant job openings. With COVID numbers back on the rise, talent seem to be harder to find and keep, while live job fairs have fallen to the wayside. As a remedy, we are considering hosting a virtual job fair for our members in October 2021.
The concept is that MOTN would host a webinar in which member companies could sign up to give a quick 5-minute overview of their organization and describe their current job openings. The objective is to have organizations come together to present their collective needs and to work together to promote this virtual event to prospective employees, media and other agencies.
