FarSounder Technical Training Seminar - September 6th to 7th - and Fall DEMO DAYS
FarSounder is offering a two-day Certified Training Seminar geared to field service operators as well as managers who require an in-depth understanding of the FarSounder FS-3F/S-3DT Navigation Sonar Systems. The classroom and Shipboard Training will be held in Rhode Island, USA. As the class size is limited, please contact our sales office to reserve your spot.

FarSounder Technology Helps to Lookout Below
FarSounder was recently profiled in the July issue of the Marine Technology Reporter. The article reviews FarSounder's current Phase II SBIR work with the Department of Homeland Security and the potential for this technology to become a viable commerical solution for underwater threat detection for ports.

The article also discussed FarSounder's obstacle avoidance product line. The article stated that "FarSounder's products have the potential to avert billions of dollars in damages attributable to marine groundings. It also can serve as an enormously positive environmental force by detecting and thus protecting the endangered Right Whale from fatal collisions with large vessels."
